Custom Setup

This custom server setup will have all the functionality which require for sending bulk emails and this setup comes with 12 SMTPs (5 Dedicated IPs on each SMTP server) through which you can send 1,000,000 emails/day (in 24 hours with a maximum speed of 43200 emails/hour in total).

A high-configuration VPS/dedicated server will be used for hosting your web application.

Initially, you have to follow the IP-warmup process (start with the low volume and gradually increase toward higher volume) to gain a positive reputation for your IPs and for better email delivery. Our team will guide and help you with this warm-up process.

Architecture:

This whole system is made out of two parts.

The Main Server is the server where your Web application is installed. We will recommend you pick a bit more powerful VPS/Dedicated Server for it.

All other SMTP servers connected with this web application will be used for sending emails. This is just one layer of protection to keep your SMTP servers away from your Main server.

Scalability:

You can add/replace SMTP servers in this custom setup anytime. If you want to increase your email sending capacity you can simply increase the number of SMTP servers and connect them with the web application (with additional setup cost for each additional SMTP server).

Limit:

You can send 90,000 – 91,000 emails/day/server (in 24 hours) with this setup, so in total, you can send 990,000 – 1,000,000 emails/day (in 24 hours with the maximum speed of 43200 emails/hour in total) with this custom setup.
If you want to increase your email sending limit (>1 Million emails/day),  you can contact us for adding more SMTP servers it this system.

Risk Mitigation:

We will use different-different provider VPSs as SMTP Servers for this setup or we can use 1 big dedicated server that can make multiple SMTP out of that, so we can distribute email volume/load to multiple SMTP servers, which gives you the ability and power of a non stop mailing system.

Requirements:

1 High Configuration Dedicated Server (for hosting the web application)

1 High Configuration Dedicated Server for creating 12 SMTP servers

13 Domain (Spare/free Domains)

Each server comes with one default IP and we will need more additional IPs for IP rotation with each SMTP server you can purchase additional IPs from the same server hosting provider, we will guide you for that.

13 domains – from any domain name provider (Should be spare domains), each domain will be connected with each server and will be used for sending emails in the back-end. Although, you can use any other domain as sending domain such as your business domain, etc.

Kindly Note: Domains, Servers, and additional IPs costs are not included in the server setup cost and you have to buy them separately in your name.

There will be no monthly charges. (expect $250/month for your 2 servers and 60 IPs, which you need to pay to the server hosting providers directly)

So the total cost will be $4851 + $380 = $5231 for the complete setup.

There will be no monthly charges. (expect $250/month for your 2 servers and 60 IPs, which you need to pay to the server hosting providers directly)
