1. Login and Change Timezone

You have to login in your account with the given URL and credentials.

3. Create Email Template

You can design and create a nice HTML/text email for your product/services/business within minutes.

4. Send Email Campaign

5. Check Reports

You can check each individual campaign’s reports by opening them, for open, clicks, bounce and unsubscribe counts and check each email address, you can export that too in CSV files.

6. Server (update hourly quota)

Your server will be used for sending emails.

All the server settings are predefined and used by the system, so please do not change any setting apart from the hourly or daily quota as per your IP warm plan.

IP warmup is very necessary when you start sending emails with new IPs.

Do’s and Don’ts

1. Follow IP warm

As soon you start the email sending you must follow the IPs warm up to gain better email delivery.

When you start sending with new IPs, ISP (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc) looks your mailing with suspicious eyes, they almost consider them as spam for all those IPs which recently started sending emails, hence gaining the reputation in the early days will be more important.

Hence you have must follow the IPs warmup plan.

2. Use good and hygiene email list

List quality is most import factors which will determine your IPs reputation and your email delivery.

With a bad list which contains lots of bounce and spam traps, your IPs might be listed in the email blacklist and hurt your overall reputation.

Hence suggested using the good and hygiene email list with no or a very low number of bounce/spam traps.

3. No spam complaints

It also matters that to whom you are sending these emails.

It will give a positive signal to the ISPs if they will open your email, click on it, as well as reply to your emails.

If they mark you as spam in large number then it might hurt your IPs reputation too hence try to avoid such cases.

4. Unsubscribe link

Give an easy way to opt-out your contacts with help of Unsubscribe links in the mail footer to discourage your recipients to mark you as spam, and don’t send any emails to them again if they were already opt-out.

5. Avoid Spam Traps

When you will use the good and hygiene email list then this problem won’t’ occur and if you are not sure about the quality of your email list then to prevent spam traps you can frequently clean your list.

Send re-engagement campaigns to subscribers who have not engaged with your emails in the last couple of days or months.

Few ISP turned the left-out email accounts to spamtraps hence remove subscribers who do not respond to the re-engagement campaigns from time to time in order to keep your list clean.

6. Use email Verification

Although using the good and hygiene email list or the opt-in email list option is always best but it is not the case always, also you are not 100% sure about the quality of your list.

Hence it is important to clean your list from time to time.

The best way to get the clean list by using the email verification service, you can put your list in any email verification service and remove your bounce and spam traps present in your email list.

7. Update your content

Sending the same content again and again won’t be a good option, nor for your reader neither you can gain a good reputation for your IPs.

ISP’s spam filters and blacklisting providers can easily track any such sender who is sending the same content again and again.

Hence it will be better to change your email content from time to time for better email delivery and to avoid spam traps.

8. Send Personalize emails

You can send personalized emails to your recipients to gain a higher open rate and save your IPs.

It will encourage them to open your email more when they see their name in the subject line as well as in the email content.

9. Rotate the Subject line

It will be better to change your subject or use automatic rotation functionality for your email subject line.

10. Give Interval and Breaks in-between your sending

Sending email continuously 24*7 won’t be a good option and hence if you can give the break in your email sending even if it is a 1-hour break, it will be helpful.

You can give daybreak as well in your email sending within a week/month in order to gain good email delivery.
