Advance Setup

This advance server setup will have all the functionality which require for sending bulk emails and this setup comes with 3 SMTP servers (5 Dedicated IPs on each server) through which you can send 200,000 emails/day (in 24 hours with the maximum speed of 8500 emails/hour).

1 Good Configuration VPS server will be used for hosting your web-application and other 3 VPS server will be used as SMTP server to send emails.

Initially, you have to follow the IP-warmup process (start with the low volume and gradually increase toward higher volume with) to gain a positive reputation for your IPs and for better email delivery. Our team will guide and help you with this warm-up process.

Architecture:

This whole system is made out of two parts.

The Host Server is the server where your Web application is installed. we recommend you pick a good configuration VPS for it (with good RAM, and Space for mail processing and database storage).

All other SMTP servers are connected with this web-application will be used for sending emails.

Scalability:

You can add/replace SMTP servers in this advance setup anytime. If you want to increase your email sending capacity you can simply increase the number of SMTP servers and connect them with the web-application (with additional setup cost for each additional SMTP server).

Limit:

You can send 60,000 to 70,000 emails/day (in 24 hours) with each SMTP server, so in total, you can send 180,000 to 200,000 emails/day (in 24 hours) with this advance setup.
If you want to increase your email sending limit (>200k/day),  you can contact us for adding more SMTP server it this system.

Requirements:

You have to purchase 4 VPSs, 4 sending domains, and 30 total additional IPs for IP rotation (5 IPs/SMTP).

Web-application Hosting server configuration: OS – CentOS 7 64 bit (>=4GB RAM, >=30GB Space).

SMTP Server configuration: OS – CentOS 7 64 bit (>=2GB RAM, >=15GB Space).

VPS comes with one default IP and we will need more additional IPs for IP rotation for each SMTP server.

You can buy any separate spare domain(.com) for this setup. We will need a spare domain on which no website will be running otherwise if we will set up our front end on that domain, so your existing website could be affected. If you will already have a spare domain, we can use that one as well in this setup.

Domains, VPSs, and additional IPs costs are not included in the server setup cost and you have to buy them separately.
